ATS doesn't reject the resume, it filters out the "non-fit" candidates based on the filters each employer uses. Companies have a scoring system that plays a crucial part in getting the interviews. Scoring is based on the skill set by employers based on predefined criteria. Skill sets are related to job requirements, industry jargon, tools, hard skills, soft skills, location, and many other criteria. Recruiters could add must-have and nice to have predefined in the system to match the qualified candidates. If someone has multiple keywords based on a predefined skillset in the system they might get a higher score but that doesn't guarantee you will get interviews. Resume will be reviewed by human eyes. It is important to use the keywords strategically in an ethical way.
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is a technology that enables you to convert different types of documents, such as scanned paper documents, PDF files, or images captured by a digital camera into editable and searchable data. This is where ATS may conflict with translating the right information, you have to be cautious on how to highlight skills.

”I had the opportunity to benefit from Sweta’s services even well before I landed in Canada. She asked me the right questions and it all worked seamlessly. She is always available and approachable, even for the silliest concern I raised. Her industry experience and guidance helped me gain multiple interviews leading to final offers immediately. I am grateful for her efforts, time and patience and wish her all the very best. So technically I landed 3 job offers on 20 days of starting job search…. This is so unreal. Your resume did wonders. The offer they made was toooo good. I got 3 solid offers in 4 days.I am grateful for your efforts to build my resume. It did fetch me the right kind of job offers." newcomer switched 2 times during pandemic by using our resume salary increase overall 40%!!
