REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. By clicking “Buy Now” Add to Cart" "Invest Now"  “Complete Order,” or any other phrase on the purchase button, entering your credit card information, or otherwise rendering payment (either in-full or partial) for the Product for which these terms appear, you (“Client” and/or “Customer”) agree to be provided with Program/Services. 

Fees are non-refundable on all of our services including 1:1 and group sessions /events/ eBooks/templates/ membership/digital downloads.  We reserve the right to charge additional fees for extra hours the consultant puts in for coaching, training, modification, alteration or editing of the original work if we deem it appropriate. You will be notified before processing the fees if the original quote/price is changed based on your new request. We may withhold or charge new fees for cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows. There will be no refund for partial digital courses.

TESTIMONIALS

We record our sessions for quality, training and communication purposes. By signing up for our PAID OR FREE Services/SESSIONS/ Webinars/ Events you waive the right to anonymity and any testimonials including unofficial testimonials and words of praise via LinkedIn, private Facebook groups, and direct messages with Teachndo have the potential to be used on our website, emails, Instagram, Twitter, and other marketing or promotional materials.

We may use your testimonials through various platforms, WhatsApp, direct messages, emails,  and social media or other means of written, emails, text, verbal, or video communication including the final works completed by our consultant or yourself for marketing, promotions, and training, there will be no compensation. By agreeing to these Terms, Client agrees to Company sharing Client’s success stories as testimonials in any matter across any media at the sole discretion of Company.

NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES

Service is provided to You without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We provide You with the tools for You to use in order to advance in Your career, but ultimately, we cannot guarantee that You will achieve any intended results. Teachndo provides no warranty or undertaking and makes no representation or guarantee of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements or achieve any intended results.

Results vary based on personal situation, hours you put in, industry, job market, location, and the framework you follow on an ongoing basis.

We believe in hard work and integrity; we provide tools and resources for you to navigate the job search market.  You must use them to get results. Nothing on this webpage, courses, e-books, consultation, or email is a promise to get you a dream role or guarantee the results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Teachndo or its affiliates/ Consultant be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if Teachndo or any affiliate has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity. 

 

As a condition of your use of the Site and/or Program, Client hereby indemnifies Company and its directors, agents, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting or arising from your use of this Site and/or Program. In no event shall Company or its agents be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to view or use the materials or content on the Site and/or Program, even if Company has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

Distributing the materials for any public display without permission from Teachndo is strictly prohibited. 

Teachndo owns all intellectual property rights in the products and company branding between You and us. Intellectual property includes but is not limited to the following:

Refrain from sharing, editing, or altering, Teachndo properties (all the materials distributed to you including any electronic communication), our work, templates, membership, groups and e-books on social media or with anyone without our prior consent in writing.

• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” "copy" "alter" or "redesign"  the materials on any other server

• All rights in respect of an invention, discovery, trade secret, secret process, know-how, concept, idea, information, process, data, formula, or any product or services by Teachndo through their employees/consultants.

ONLINE DIGITAL PROGRAM 

​

Teachndo may terminate or suspend Your access to Digital Online Program Course & membership immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. You are prohibited to give a username and password to anyone else including family members.  Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. The Company retains the right to ‘Blacklist’ the Client from accessing any and all materials, courses or other products or services the Owner offers in the event that the Client does not pay their bills or if our intellectual property is stolen/ login is shared. If the issue is payment-related, the Client will be taken off the blacklist once you pay your full amount owing.

Payment Plans

​

 Upon execution of this Agreement, Client agrees to pay the Company the full purchase amount for the Product/Services regardless of what payment option Client selects at checkout. The company offers payment options at the time of purchase, so the Client can either pay in full or in monthly installments. If the Client opts for a payment plan, the Client will be responsible for paying the remaining invoices. Client authorizes Company to charge the credit card or account used at checkout to complete all payments pursuant to the payment plan Client selected at checkout, and Client does not require separate authorization for each payment. In the event your payment fails, you will not be able to access any of the information or content sold through our Site or any other of our courses, products or services until the issue is resolved. In the event of failed payments, the Company may contract a collection agency to collect the money from you.

Disclaimer: Due to the digital nature of our course, the Company does not offer refunds for those who do not do their due diligence to ensure the course is the right fit for them. It is the Client’s responsibility to carefully review our sales page and terms and conditions before purchasing, using, or accessing any of our products and Program. Please note, we do not offer partial refunds for our programs even if you don't use the self-paced courses online or if your program gets expired because you haven't started the program. You are solely responsible to start and complete all of our online digital self-paced courses on your own time.

DISPUTES RESOLUTION

Non-Disparagement – Client agrees, during and/or after the use of product/services to refrain from making any false, derogatory or untrue statements, whether oral or in writing, that are injurious or otherwise negatively impact the Company’s Product, business, or services, products, or reputation.​

If you have any concerns or disputes about the Service/Product, You agree to immediately first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Teachndo at info@teachndo.com.

Confidential Information & Non-Disclosure

The company takes pride in the proprietary information included in each Program. As such, Client agrees and acknowledges all Confidential Information shared through our Program/sessions and by the Company is confidential, proprietary, and belongs exclusively to the Company.

“Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

• Any systems, sequences, processes or steps shared with the Client;

• Any information disclosed in association with this Agreement;

• Any systems, sequences, processes, or trade secrets in connection with the Program or Company’s business practices.

• Any program materials shared to clients.

 

Governing Law

 

 Company is located in Canada and is subject to the applicable laws governing Canada. The governing law for this agreement is the laws of Ontario, Canada.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

​

Teachndo reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

Client agrees to accept the above Agreement in its entirety when Customer selects and confirms the Product checkout page and by rendering first payment.
